Let's Talk Math

On March 1-3, 2022, Kindergarten thru 5th grade math teachers had the opportunity to learn about Let’s Talk Math, a series from Teacher Created Materials (TCM). The professional development was presented by Lisa Callahan from TCM. Let’s Talk Math promotes mathematical discourse in the classroom and provides teachers with predictable and structured routines that are easy to implement. The tasks are designed to engage students in making connections between mathematical ideas and facing challenges that require students to persevere.
